STEP AEROBICS
Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a high intensity workout - 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints.

Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 6:00 AM, Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 PM
Cost: $3 non-members, Free to members

FITNESS ORIENTATION

Fitness orientation will be held twice a week at no charge – you don’t need to be a member to attend.
Mondays 9:30-10:00 am
Wednesdays 5:30-6:00 pm

JUST FOR KIX

Just For Kix oversees dance team programs in over 150 communities and approx. 18,000 dancers throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin. Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Free for members. $2 for non-members.
